From Georgia, with warmth

A tradition worth sharing.

Churchkhela has a place at the Georgian table, and in the everyday moments around it.

We’re bringing this familiar Georgian favourite to a modern table—with a simple way to discover it, choose it, and share it.

A Georgian original

Nuts. Grapes. Time.

Churchkhela is a traditional Georgian sweet: nuts threaded on a string, dipped in a thickened grape-juice mixture, then left to dry.

  1. Start with nuts

Nuts are threaded onto a string, forming the centre of each churchkhela.

  2. Prepare the coating

Grape juice is cooked and thickened into a smooth mixture.

  3. Dip, then repeat

The string of nuts is dipped to build up its distinctive coating.

  4. Give it time

Drying gives churchkhela its characteristic texture and shape.
